About Appnesthub
A Petaling Jaya practice built around one stubborn question: how do messaging apps actually shape the working day?
Appnesthub began when two former operations managers in Selangor kept inheriting the same mess: customer promises living in personal WhatsApp threads, night-shift handoffs vanishing into muted Telegram groups, and policies written for email while the real traffic hummed on phones.
We are not a software company. We are a small assessment practice. We visit (or dial in), listen across roles, and hand back maps that make the invisible traffic discussable in a meeting room.
How we work with clients
Engagements stay short and bounded. Sponsors approve channel access in writing. Interviewees hear a plain explanation before we ask about reply habits or after-hours pressure. Findings emphasise patterns — reply norms, orphan groups, escalation paths — rather than naming people for blame.
Malaysia’s mix of WhatsApp Business, Telegram, and workplace chat products shows up constantly in our notes. We stay current with how local teams actually arrange festival campaigns, field technicians, and shared customer labels — without pretending every industry looks the same.
Values we protect
- Clarity over spectacle in briefings
- Respect for staff who live inside noisy channels
- Refusal to sell “always-on” monitoring as culture change
