Starting figures for messaging usage assessments in Malaysia. Final quotes follow intake — scope, sites, and interview count move the number.
Pricing is informational. There is no online checkout. We invoice after you accept a written scope.

What changes the estimate
- Extra locations beyond the Klang Valley (travel days)
- More than ten interviews or dual-language sessions
- Parallel app clusters (for example separate customer WhatsApp and field Telegram estates)
- Rush delivery under three weeks
What we do not bill as
Monthly software seats, per-message fees, or “platform tiers.” If a quote needs materials printed for a workshop, we list that as a line item you can decline.
Deposits
Assessments usually require a 40% deposit to reserve the sample window; the balance is due on delivery of the briefing pack. See Refunds for how deposits and cancellations work.

Send an intake note with apps in scope and team size. We return a written estimate within two business days when the request is complete.
