Data we collect
- Contact form: name, email, optional assessment interest, messaging apps named, and message content
- Email or phone enquiries: whatever you choose to send
- Engagement work: interview notes, channel lists, and artefacts you authorise — governed also by the statement of work
- Technical logs: basic server or hosting logs (IP address, timestamp, user agent) as provided by our host

We do not ask for payment card numbers on this website.
Purposes
We use personal data to respond to enquiries, schedule and deliver assessments, improve site reliability, and meet legal obligations. Optional analytics cookies (if accepted) help us understand aggregate visit patterns.
Legal bases
We process enquiry data to take steps at your request before a contract, and to pursue legitimate interests in operating a professional practice. Engagement data is processed to perform the contract and related legitimate interests such as quality review. Where required, we seek consent for optional cookies.
Retention

- Contract records and deliverables: as required by Malaysian commercial record practice and the signed scope (typically up to seven years for financial records)
