What is excluded
Software licences, continuous surveillance, legal discovery holds, and forensic recovery of deleted messages. We study patterns you can discuss openly with staff — not covert capture.

Duration & location
Most Klang Valley engagements run three to five weeks from kick-off to briefing. Site visits are available around Petaling Jaya; fully remote readings are possible when channel access and interviews can be arranged online.
Preparation
Nominate a sponsor, list messaging apps in daily use, and confirm which group chats or business lines may be observed. Staff interviewed receive a plain explanation of purpose before we begin.
