Site copy, rates, and examples are informational. They do not form a contract until both parties sign a written scope of work. We may update pages without prior notice.
Service engagements
Assessments, briefings, clinics, and retainers are governed by the statement of work you accept, including sample windows, interview counts, fees, and confidentiality. These website terms supplement that document; if they conflict, the signed scope prevails for the engagement.
Intellectual property
Website text, layout, and branding belong to Appnesthub or its licensors. You may not copy substantial portions for commercial reuse without permission. Deliverables produced for a client remain subject to the licence stated in the scope — typically a non-exclusive right for internal organisational use.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse contact forms, attempt to disrupt the site, scrape content at scale, or submit unlawful material. We may ignore or delete abusive submissions.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, Appnesthub is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from website use. For paid engagements, liability is limited as stated in the signed scope, and otherwise capped at fees paid for the engagement giving rise to the claim. We do not warrant that assessment recommendations will achieve a particular business result.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Courts in Malaysia have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from website use, subject to any dispute clause in a signed service agreement.
Changes
We may revise these terms by posting an updated page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
